Commercial Fleet Auto Glass Services
Jiffy Auto Glass provides professional fleet auto glass services and mobile auto glass repair for commercial vehicles, delivery vans, and company cars: rock chips, cracked windshields, broken side and back glass, and the camera calibration newer vehicles need afterward. We also handle work trucks, box trucks, Class 8 semi-trucks, heavy equipment, and farm equipment, and we usually do the work right where your vehicles are, anywhere in our Colorado Front Range service area. In the Phoenix Metro, we handle fleet glass installs.
Fleet accounts get priority scheduling and one invoice. When a van comes back with a cracked windshield, that should be a phone call, not a lost afternoon.
Free mobile service in the service area. In Colorado you can also bring vehicles to our Wheat Ridge Auto Shop; Phoenix fleet service is fully mobile. Open seven days a week.
Why drivers trust Jiffy Auto Glass

What Is a Fleet Auto Glass Program?
A fleet auto glass program is a business account with a glass shop. You set it up once, and from then on any vehicle that needs glass work gets priority scheduling, consistent pricing, and the same billing process. Jiffy Auto Glass has been in business since 2010 and runs its commercial fleet service from the Wheat Ridge Auto Shop.
The fleet program at a glance
- Who uses it: service, delivery, construction, rental, dealership, municipal, agricultural, and trucking fleets, plus contractors, body shops, and small businesses. Accounts range from a couple of vehicles to fleets of 75 or more, and larger fleets often run on weekly service.
- Vehicles: cars, vans, pickups, box trucks, semi-trucks and heavy equipment (semi-truck & heavy equipment glass).
- Services: windshield chip repair, windshield replacement, side and back glass replacement, power window repair, and ADAS calibration done by our own technicians.
- Where: fleet yard service and mobile lot service across the Colorado Front Range and Phoenix Metro, or in-shop in Wheat Ridge.
- Billing: centralized fleet billing with volume-based discounts. Approved accounts can run on terms with a card or ACH/wire information on file, and we handle insurance claim coordination when a claim applies.
- Account support: one team takes your calls and scheduling for every location, with monthly reporting by vehicle.
- Warranty: all of our work is backed by a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
Here’s how it plays out day to day. You send us a list of the vehicles that need work and where they’ll be parked. We look up the glass for each VIN, check which ones have windshield cameras, and show up with the right parts. On a typical lot visit we work through several vehicles before the next shift needs them.
Spanish-speaking technicians available on request, and flexible financing options for qualifying work.
Request a Free QuoteWhy Fleet Auto Glass Damage Costs More Than the Glass
The glass itself is rarely the expensive part. The cost is the vehicle sitting still.
- Downtime. A van waiting on a windshield is a route nobody’s running. Fixing it at your yard, often alongside two or three others, keeps it in rotation.
- Inspections. Cracked windshields on commercial vehicles fall under the federal rule; see can you drive a semi with a cracked windshield.
- Weather. In Colorado, gravel on I-70 and the plains highways, morning frost, and a defroster on full blast turn a small chip into a long crack. In Phoenix, summer heat and monsoon dust storms do the same thing. Fix chips early and you usually skip the windshield later.
- Cameras. Many newer vans and pickups have a lane-departure or collision-warning camera behind the windshield. Replace the glass without recalibrating it and the system can be aimed wrong.
- Driver safety. The windshield helps support the roof in a rollover and backs up the passenger airbag. How it’s installed matters as much as how fast.

Which Fleet Auto Glass Service Do You Need?
Most fleets end up using a mix. Start with what you’re seeing on the lot this week, and we’ll confirm each vehicle before we touch it.
For the whole fleet
- Chips on several vehicles → chip repair while we’re on site, or at our shop
- Glass damage every month or so → a fleet account on terms
- Newer vans or trucks with windshield cameras → replacement plus ADAS calibration
- Semis, heavy or farm equipment → Semi-Truck & Heavy Equipment Glass
- Yards in more than one city, or in Colorado and the Phoenix Metro → one account for all of them
For one vehicle
- One truck down today → windshield replacement, often same-day or next-day if the glass is on the shelf
- A single chip → windshield chip repair
- A smashed side or back window → car window replacement
- A window that won't go up or down → power window repair
Commercial Auto Glass Services for Fleets
Fleet windshield chip repair
What it is: In Colorado, while our technicians are on site for other work, they can check the rest of the lot and repair chips on other vehicles during the same visit. If a chip has already run into a crack or sits in the driver's line of sight, we flag that vehicle for replacement instead.
Commercial windshield replacement
What it is: On-site windshield replacement for cars, pickups, work trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks. When the glass is in stock and there's room to work safely, we'll do several trucks in the same visit.
Side and back glass replacement
What it is: Door glass, quarter glass, pickup sliders, and van rear-door glass, including vehicles that got broken into overnight. If a window won't go up or down, we handle power window motor repair too.
ADAS calibration
What it is: ADAS calibration and windshield sensor alignment support are done by our own technicians, not sent out. If the new windshield carries a lane-departure, collision-warning, or automatic-braking camera, we calibrate it the way the manufacturer specifies, static or dynamic. One appointment, one line on the invoice.
Semi-trucks and heavy equipment
What it is: Semi-trucks, heavy equipment and farm equipment get their own page: see Semi-Truck & Heavy Equipment Glass. Fleet accounts cover them on the same terms.
Fleet contracts, billing, and records
What it is: Fleet contract programs include centralized billing, volume-based discounts, and monthly reporting by vehicle. Approved accounts can be set up on terms with a card or ACH/wire information on file, so invoices are easy to settle.
How Much Does Fleet Auto Glass Cost?
Each vehicle is priced from its VIN. The biggest factors are the type of vehicle, what’s built into the glass, and how much work you send us.
- Vehicle type. A sedan windshield, a high-roof Sprinter, and a semi-truck windshield are different parts with different labor.
- What’s in the glass. Rain sensors, heating elements, acoustic layers, tint, and camera brackets all change the part.
- Calibration. Vehicles with windshield cameras need calibration after replacement. It’s on the same estimate.
- Repair or replace. A chip repair costs a fraction of a windshield. That’s why fleets that fix chips early spend less on glass.
- Volume. Fleet accounts get volume-based pricing.
- Insurance. Some damage is a comprehensive claim on the commercial policy. We handle insurance claim coordination if you want to go that route.
Price matching. If you have a written quote from another shop for comparable glass and installation, send it over. Ask us about verified competitor price matching.
Jiffy Cares Program (Colorado). Every paid windshield replacement in Colorado comes with one year of free chip repairs on that vehicle (up to 3 repairs or $150 in value) at our Wheat Ridge auto glass shop.

Why Fleets Choose Jiffy Auto Glass
Nobody wants to manage three vendors for one cracked windshield. Jiffy Auto Glass is locally owned, fully insured, and has been in business since 2010, and we do the chip repair, the replacement, and the calibration ourselves, in Colorado and in Arizona. See what customers say on our reviews page.

Fleet Auto Glass FAQs
How does a fleet auto glass program work?
You open a business account once, with your vehicles, the people who can approve work, and where invoices should go. After that, any vehicle that needs glass gets priority scheduling, on-site service, and goes on one monthly statement. Jiffy handles chip repair, replacement, and calibration itself, so there’s no second vendor to coordinate.
How many vehicles do I need to set up a fleet account?
There’s no set minimum. Fleet accounts range from a couple of vehicles to fleets of 75 or more, and larger fleets often run on weekly service. Pricing reflects how many vehicles you run and how often they need work.
What types of commercial vehicles do you service?
Cars, SUVs, pickups, cargo vans like the Ford Transit, Sprinter, and ProMaster, box trucks, every type of truck including Class 8 semis, dump trucks, heavy equipment, and farm equipment. Semi-trucks and heavy equipment: see Semi-Truck & Heavy Equipment Glass.
Do you come to our yard, or do we bring vehicles to you?
Either one in Colorado: we work at yards, job sites, and offices when the weather and the space allow, and we take fleet appointments at the Wheat Ridge shop. In the Phoenix Metro area, fleet service is mobile, so we come to you.
Can you service multiple vehicles in one visit?
Yes. Send the vehicle list ahead so we can bring the right glass, and we’ll work through as many as the glass on hand and the space allow. While we’re there, our technicians can also fix chips on other vehicles in the lot.
How quickly can you get a fleet vehicle back on the road?
Fleet accounts get priority scheduling, and same-day or next-day service is common when the glass is in stock. A chip repair is quick, and the vehicle can usually go back out right after. After a windshield replacement, drive-away time is usually about an hour, depending on the adhesive and the temperature.
What billing options do you offer for fleet accounts?
Approved fleet accounts can be set up on terms. We keep a card or ACH/wire information on file so invoices are easy to settle. Accounts also get centralized billing with volume-based discounts and monthly reporting of the work done on each vehicle, and we can coordinate insurance billing when a claim applies.
Do you offer fleet contracts?
Yes. Fleet contract programs include centralized billing on terms, volume-based discounts, priority scheduling, monthly reporting, and free quotes. Larger fleets can set a regular weekly service day. We also work with most major fleet management companies, so if your vehicles run through one, we follow its authorization process.
Do you handle insurance claims for company vehicles?
Many comprehensive policies cover auto glass repair or replacement, and glass coverage often works differently in Arizona than in Colorado, so check your commercial policy. We can coordinate the claim, paperwork, and billing with your insurer. Call us first and we’ll walk you through your options.
Do fleet vehicles need ADAS calibration after windshield replacement?
If there’s a camera behind the windshield for lane-departure warning, collision warning, or automatic braking, it usually needs calibration after the glass is replaced. Our technicians do it in-house, static or dynamic as the manufacturer requires, usually on the same visit.
Do you serve fleets outside Denver, including Phoenix?
Yes. We cover the Colorado Front Range and the Phoenix Metro area, and fleets with yards in both can keep them on one account. In Phoenix, fleet service covers windshield and glass installs, and calls go to the same team at (602) 428-3198. Chip repair and the Jiffy Cares Program are Colorado services.
