They have become too big lately and you can’t even contact them except through the web. Kody, the owner has been great. Responsive and with good prices. They’ve replaced two windshield for me this year. Jeremiah who just did the last install did a superb job. I will say, I was kind of blindsided when I got to the tip page on his app. I guess this is the new normal. What I don't like is having the person who did the service standing right next to you when you decide to tip or not. I did give him a 10% tip, but I would rather have that included in the cost of the repair instead of going through that awkward moment, which I wasn't expecting.
