Removal and preparation
The technician protects the interior and paint, removes trim and wipers as needed, cuts out the old windshield, and preps the pinch weld, cleaning old urethane to the correct height and priming bare metal so the new bond holds.
Installation
Fresh, high quality adhesives (automotive urethane) are applied and the new OEM-grade windshield is set and aligned for correct glass fit. Moldings, sensors, mirror mounts, and camera brackets are reinstalled.
ADAS calibration, if required
