I called on a Sunday and was in tears because window replacement is expensive and was still shaken from what had happened. Cody, the owner called me back and put my mind at ease. It was affordable and they got me next day service. Joe was my technician and was great! There was another gentleman with him but I didn't get his name. I would recommend Jiffy Auto Glass in a heartbeat. The owner called me right back (on a Saturday) within minutes of leaving a voicemail and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. The technician Brad came out to my house and was right on time. He did a wonderful job and even fixed a loose piece of plastic that Safelite had damaged in the last windshield replacement I had to have.Very through and conscientious of my time and my vehicle. Priced very competitive, quality glass and a fraction of the big glass stores like Safelite.
