Very good experience. I had my pickup broken into while in Denver visiting the hospital. These guys took great care of me and my pickup. Replaced two windows and were accommodating when I accidentally told them the wrong windows to order. They didn’t make a deal out of it they just handled it and got it fixed. They also did a thorough job cleaning out the broken glass.Highly recommend.

Called Jiffy yesterday and they got me in for a consultation the next day. I had 3 dents in my windshield and was hoping I would not need a full windshield replacement (because I don’t know the repair specifics, they could’ve easily said I needed a new windshield and I would’ve believed them). But they told me no problem, a few spot repairs is needed - we’ll get it done for you in 30 minutes. Stuck to their word, done in 30 minutes and no hidden fees or charges at the end of the process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Just wanted to say these guys are awesome. First off they were one of few companies that could actually do my windshield and provide mobile service to handle the calibration on my Mercedes. Not even these big name providers could do it and Jiffy did. Everything from the start was easy and communication was fast and easy. Now on the the next part not even a month after having the windshield done, just today on the highway a huge rock hit my brand new windshield!! I called the shop and sent them photos and they told me come down right away and will take care of it for you. The cost was going to be $49 bucks not bad considering the cost of the glass I just paid to replace. I showed up the got me in and out and when they were done I was told the boss waived the $49 dollar fee. That made my day! Having started as a shitty morning with a hole in my new windshield ended with a staller repair that you can hardly notice free of charge. Not many companies would do that and they did. I would recommended these guys to anyone looking for great service and quality work from high end vehicles to any others they will take care of you. Thank you guys!

Communication, customer service, and pricing is excellent. They went out of their way to earn my business and accommodate what I needed fixed on my car. My problem wasn't a glass issue but my window cable and regulator stopped working. They accommodated by finding the part and quoting me a more than fair price and sticking to it. The work that was done was done thourghly and with great care.

This was my third windshield replacement and the first two went to Safelite without a second thought. This time I comparison shopped, and honestly I was a bit suspicious when an AI assistant pointed me to Jiffy. The difference turned out to be startling. Jiffy replaced my Tesla Model 3 windshield for $699 with Fuyao acoustic glass, the same OEM-supplier glass Tesla uses, while Safelite wanted $1,221 plus a calibration fee. Jiffy listed the ADAS calibration at $0 since the car handles it itself, and Ryan confirmed the glass brand and spec in writing before I booked. Jeremiah, their lead tech with over 20 years of experience, handled the mobile install at my house in 100-degree heat with updates from the morning window down to a 30-minute heads-up. The Model 3 is one of the tougher windshields out there, with the frunk, wipers, and trim all coming off before the glass does, and he still finished right on the time he quoted while walking me through the process: power blade into the urethane, string tool to finish the cut, new glass set by hand with suction cups. Watching that level of craft was worth the price on its own. Free chip repair coverage included on the invoice. Honest pricing, real answers, expert hands. Safelite won't be getting my next one.
