I had originally scheduled to for another company to replace a rear window for an '08 tundra. The tech showed up and stated he'd was apprehensive to changing a window on jack stands and wanted to do the job at his shop where he could get help. That night I contacted Jiffy Glass and scheduled an appointment the following morning. Their tech, Jeremiah, came and did the job single handedly and in less than an hour and half. Jeremiah was professional and efficient... And his work was flawless. I really didn't expect it to be perfect... And I wouldn't have complained if it was only satisfactory... But luckily for me it came out splendidly. I highly recommend and I'll definitely be calling them first for any needed work in the future... Thanks to everybody at Jiffy!!!***Just want to add... The person with whom I scheduled also deserves some accolades. I initially scheduled the appointment and then cancelled... Only to reschedule for the original date/time. They were very accommodating even when I stated I "didn't want any surprises" and "if that's the price I'm quoted, that's the price I want to pay"...lol. It's because of certain business practices that have become far too typical that I am so guarded... Jiffy's is not one of those businesses... They're straight-shooters... Nice and very patient with me when I was telling him what happened he didn't rush me. He didn't make it seem like he didn't want to hear it. He was all ears. He told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes and it took less than that. I went upstairs Sat down and then he called me telling me he's done. Very good service. Thank you. I will definitely use you guys again if this ever happens. Also I love how you guys came to me because I was going to go to safelife repair. He was even kind enough to inform me of a possible issue with my power steering pump as I pulled a code when he was calibrating my windshield. He went the extra mile for me today. They were very nice guys , very friendly .The process took maybe 15-20 minutes they had to replace my windshield, and recalibrate my cameras. The price was the best price for my situation! About a month later I notified them that there was a whistling noise coming from the drivers side as I was going down the highway. They were very quick to come back out and take care of the seal to make sure I was taken care of. This company has my full business from here on out when it comes to replacing or repairing my car windshield needs.
