Was super easy getting quote and appt.. was late at night and still helped me after hours.. then the window techs.. Joe and his co worker.. explained the process found other damage.. We had our rear driver side door broken overnight in an attempted theft. I called on a Sunday and was sent a text to schedule an appointment for Monday morning and said they would come to the house to do it. Technician Jeremiah showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He even offered to clean up all the broken glass but I vacuumed it up the day prior. Got the window replaced in about 30 minutes and it's perfect, fully functional with tint. Highly recommend. I was blown away by the prompt quality as I've never had to deal with this before.

I had a tricky windshield replacement and recalibration (my car has a lot of codes) that other glass companies weren't able to complete. Not only did Jiffy complete it with ease, they also quickly handled an unexpected reset that needed to happen a few weeks after the replacement. There were no questions asked, just immediately scheduled a follow up. They were always prompt in their communication, showed up when they said they would, and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely use Jiffy in the future and I will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Jeremiah and Kody...you guys are the best!

Safelite was trying to charge me almost $600. I took a few days and looked around the Internet and they gave me the best price. I saved over $200 and they came out and got it done very quickly. The glass looks exactly the same. I am very impressed.

I don't normally do these review things but in this case I'll be different. I had originally scheduled to for another company to replace a rear window for an '08 tundra. The tech showed up and stated he'd was apprehensive to changing a window on jack stands and wanted to do the job at his shop where he could get help. That night I contacted Jiffy Glass and scheduled an appointment the following morning. Their tech, Jeremiah, came and did the job single handedly and in less than an hour and half. Thank you Sir, for a job well done and thank you Jiffy!
